LINES FOR GALVANIZING OF SMALL DETAILS
Hot-dip galvanizing of small details is mainly used for galvanizing of small elements in galvanizing baskets, connected with the process of centrifuging excess of zinc after the process. For this type of galavanizing two temperature ranges can be used: 450 - 470° C for the process usually executed in furnaces with steel baths and 520 - 580° C for the proces conducted in furnaces with ceramic baths. Each of the devices included in the hot-dip galvanizing line are designed taking into account specific requirements, norms, standards and parameters resulting from the feasibility study, including:
